Nursing shortage is a wordwide problem whose roots are deeply integrated and could be recoonducted to: -aged nursing population -decreased nursing university registration -changes in working settings -poor social nursing image and consideration. Nursing migration is generally motivated by professional development, better life condition and personal security. There are and countries. This phenomen is present in Italy since some year, too.
