Anderson-Fabry's disease involves both the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system, resulting in cerebrovascular disease, painful neuropathy, and Fabry's encephalopathy. It is important to focus on neurological symptoms and suspect Fabry's Disease disease as early as possible and evadeto avoid irreversible damage. (aiaf)
