A strict collaboration between hospital and primary care is crucial to monitor and adapt drug therapy after the acute event and improve adherence of the patients to prescribed treatments and implementation of life-style modifications, with benefits also in term of cost-effectiveness. In this context, individualized rehabilitation programs should also be offered to patients with acute coronary syndromes, in order to improve survival and quality of life.</p>}, number={Suppl. 1}, journal={Global and Regional Health Technology Assessment}, author={Gargiulo, Giuseppe and Esposito, Giovanni}, year={2022}, month={May}, pages={17–26} }
